This interface is accessible from the list of sources in a dynamic map.

•If the call is from railway sources, punctual sources, linear sources, facade sources or volumic sources, the percentage represents the percentage of functioning per period (always initialized to 100 %). A modification of this percentage on a period induces (when valid), a modification of all values on this period.

•If the call is from the list of the road sources, the percentage represents the percentage per period (always initialized to 100 %) apply to each LV and HT flow.
