If you change the axis of a source (Road, Railway or linear source), in altitude (Z) or in geometry (X, Y), it is possible to automatically recalculate the geometry of the associated platforms and traffic using the Update Geometry function (accessible via a right-click on the axis of a source).

Important: this function also updates the altitude. To raise a road, just raise its axis at the appropriate altitude and update its geometry.
