This message could appears:
There are many step to check (for a standalone licence):
•Do you have the light on the key (it may have been damaged during shipment). Do you have the good key (check number) plug ?
•Do you have this file : "C:\Program Files\Geomod\MithraSIG\SIS\cadcorp.lservrc" (this is the lservrc file linked to the key) ?
•When you install the driver, did you unplug the key? You can install manually the driver (Drivers Safenet Sentinel).
•Does the dongle show in the Device Manager?
When All these steps have been checked, you can check with the THALES tool.
•Copy the licence file ("C:\Program Files\Geomod\MithraSIG\SIS\cadcorp.lservrc") into the same folder this THALES tool. Rename the licence file to lservrc
•Enter the Feature (SIS|OCX|Mgr|GMD_MSIG) and Version (8.0), server (no-net) then press Request, if there is a licence error please take a screenshot and send it back to us please (mithrasig@geomod.fr)
