A buffer can be created around the antennas. For this, select one or severela antennas and click on the button in the group Modification | Buffer in the ribbon Geometry.

When validating, a new overlay is created containing hte buffer(s).

The option union allows to create one buffer from a multiple selection, and then create a simulation domain quickly.
