Directivities are available from a list that can be displayed by clicking on the button in the group Parameters from the ribbon Model, and selecting Directivities in the list.

Directivities

These directivities are used in the interfaces of the individual sources.

•To add a directivity, click on the button .

•To delete a personal directivity, click on the button .

Parameters of a directivity

After adding a directivity, this one can be set. Note that only a personal directivity can be set.

The directivity has to be set on all plans, for all angles and frequencies. Depending of the directivity chosen, the tabs Horizontal and Vertical are available or not.

The option Axisymetry allows an axial symmetry. There is only one plan to set.

Tips

Keyboard shortcuts are available to make the entry easier. Select a field and:

Ctrl + C: Copy the line(s) in the clipboard

Ctrl + V: Paste the line(s) from the clipboard

Ctrl + "+": Add + 1 to the line

Ctrl + "-": Substract - 1 to the line

Alt + C: Copy a column

Alt + V: Paste a column (in the directivity table)

Alt + "+": Add + 1 to the column

Alt + "-": Substract - 1 to the column
