The IBGE Outdoor method is derived from the CSTB 2016 method. The two IBGE methods (indoor, outdoor) include the following modifications:

•Replacement of 3H by 2 m as the near-field zone

•Use of the Atoll method for the 3D recomposition of antennas.

•Search for the Max behind (Max (H, V)) in 3d, on the half sphere behind the antenna on 120-240 deg.

The max behind the antenna depends on the recomposition method. With the Atoll method, the max is not necessarily in the Horizontal and Vertical planes of the pattern sections.
