Adding of road emission method CNOSSOS-EU (France)
A new road emission method is available in MithraSIG. This is the CNOSSOS-EU (France) method, which makes it possible to take into account the CNOSSOS-EU coefficients specific to France.
The coefficients used are those of the decree of December 23, 2021 modifying the decree of April 04, 2006.
