The size of the items can be modified by using the scale factor. It applys on point items using a symbol (receivers, punctual sources...) or lines using brush settings (roads in simple mode for example).

Modify scale

To modify the scale of an overlay, select the overlay and then right-click/Scale.

In the scale window, set a value. Higher is the value, "bigger" will be the item.
