The frequency band represents the association between a technology (UMTS, GSM, LTE, etc.) and a simulation frequency. It has to be chosen in the list of frequency bands of the software.

These frequency bands are defined in a XML file common to all the simulation models.

The frequency bands have boundaries, a minimum and a maximum frequencies corresponding to the emission frequency band.
