The Licence Server is a server that distributes licenses to multiple clients. This allows you to share one or more licenses between multiple machines on a network via intranet or even internet. Thus, the client queries the server, the service provider takes stock of licenses in use. If one or more licenses are available, the connection of the client to the server occurs, and then MithraREM has a license to operate.

The licence server can be installed on a physical machine or virtual machine, which is connected to the physical key (dongle) or a Lock-code.

The communication port is port 5093 and the protocol is UDP.

Administrator rights are required to install these components. Restart the machine may be required.
